Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations

We gladly accept all order cancellations made within 12 hours of the order being placed.

If you need to cancel your order,  please email us at care@supiajewelry.com with a subject line, "Cancellation." along with the order # and attached E-receipt.

 

Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, we are happy to accept your unworn, undamaged item in exchange for store credit or another item in our shop for equal or lesser value, minus cost of shipping.
  • Exchanges need to be shipped back in the original box to us within 15 days of receiving the package, please contact us as soon as possible for details on how to send your item back.
  • Buyers are responsible for covering shipping costs to send the item back to exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for the newly exchanged item to the customer.
  • In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all our customers, worn earrings and piercing jewelry items are excluded from exchanges.


    Returns

    • We accept all returns for unworn or defective merchandise from Supia Jewelry within the first 15 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund (original shipping fee is non-refundable).
    • If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at care@supiajewelry.com with a subject heading, "Defective Item Received.". Please provide us with your Order # , E-receipt and a clear picture of the defect along detailed description of the defect.
    • Please allow up to 4-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
    • In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, worn earrings and piercing jewelry items are excluded from returns.
    • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer care team (care@supiajewelry.com).
